margin-right: 0.47cm; line-height: 103%;\" lang=\"pt-PT\">O funcion\u00e1rio que acumular fun\u00e7\u00f5es por motivo de afastamento por no m\u00ednimo de 07(sete) dias efetivamente trabalhados e consecutivos, ser\u00e1 garantido ao substituto o pagamento de 50% (cinq\u00fcenta por cento) do sal\u00e1rio base do substitu\u00eddo a t\u00edtulo de gratifica\u00e7\u00e3o, observando-se a proporcionalidade do tempo de acumulo de fun\u00e7\u00f5es que n\u00e3o poder\u00e1 exceder a 06(seis) meses consecutivos.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-top: 0.01cm;\" lang=\"pt-PT\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-left: 0.28cm; line-height: 103%;\" lang=\"pt-PT\"><strong>Par\u00e1grafo \u00danico: <\/strong>O funcion\u00e1rio que acumular servi\u00e7os durante as f\u00e9rias e ou licen\u00e7a do trabalhador do mesmo setor ser\u00e1 garantido ao substituto o pagamento de 20%(vinte por cento) sobre o seu sal\u00e1rio base, observando a proporcionalidade do tempo de acumulo das tarefas, que n\u00e3o poder\u00e1 exceder a 06(seis) meses consecutivos.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"pt-PT\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\" style=\"margin-top: 0.35cm;\" lang=\"pt-PT\">OUTRAS GRATIFICA\u00c7\u00d5ES<\/h2>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-top: 0.01cm;\" lang=\"pt-PT\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\" lang=\"pt-PT\">CL\u00c1USULA S\u00c9TIMA &#8211; GRATIFICA\u00c7\u00c3O POR T\u00cdTULOS:<\/h3>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"pt-PT\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"pt-PT\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-left: 0.28cm; margin-right: 0.47cm; margin-right: 0.47cm; margin-top: 0cm; line-height: 103%;\" lang=\"pt-PT\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: x-small;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\"><strong>(quinze por cento); Especializa\u00e7\u00e3o &#8211; 20%(v inte por cento). a) A referida gratifica\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 dev ida aos ocupantes de cargos e fun\u00e7\u00f5es que tenham correla\u00e7\u00e3o com o curso e a ativ idade desempenhada pelo serv idor; b) As gratifica\u00e7\u00f5es prev istas nesta Cl\u00e1usula ser\u00e3o dev idas de forma indiv idualizada, e sobre o sal\u00e1rio percebido do funcion\u00e1rio, sendo defeso o pagamento de mais de uma gratifica\u00e7\u00e3o por titula\u00e7\u00e3o ao mesmo tempo; Quanto aos DEPENDENTES DIRETOS o CREFITO-6 custear\u00e1 o v alor de 90% (nov enta por cento) do PLANO ENFERMARIA \u2013 UNIPLANO o v alor correspondente aos 10% restante ser\u00e1 custeados por seus titulares e descontado mensalmente na folha de pagamento salarial, caso os serv idores optem por outra modalidade de plano unimed mais caro ser\u00e1 calculado a diferen\u00e7a.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"pt-PT\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-left: 0.28cm; margin-right: 0.34cm; margin-top: 0cm; line-height: 103%;\" lang=\"pt-PT\">correspondente a 01(um) dia de trabalho da remunera\u00e7\u00e3o dos servidores filiados e n\u00e3o filiados, conforme acordado em reuni\u00e3o administrativa realizada na sede do CREFITO-6.
