SAL\u00c1RIO BASE:<\/h3>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"pt-PT\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-top: 0.01cm;\" lang=\"pt-PT\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-left: 0.28cm; margin-right: 0.32cm; line-height: 103%;\" lang=\"pt-PT\">Fica estabelecido que o menor sal\u00e1rio da categoria, n\u00e3o poder\u00e1 ser inferior ao equivalente a <strong>R$ 1.715,80 (hum mil, setecentos e quinze reais e oitenta centavos)<\/strong>, valendo a partir de 1\u00ba de maio de 2020, quando ser\u00e1 reajustado na forma da cl\u00e1usula segunda desse Acordo Coletivo de Trabalho, garantidas as condi\u00e7\u00f5es mais favor\u00e1veis j\u00e1 praticadas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"pt-PT\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\" style=\"margin-top: 0.35cm;\" lang=\"pt-PT\">REAJUSTES\/CORRE\u00c7\u00d5ES SALARIAIS<\/h2>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-top: 0.01cm;\" lang=\"pt-PT\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\" lang=\"pt-PT\">CL\u00c1USULA QUARTA &#8211; REAJUSTE SALARIAL:<\/h3>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"pt-PT\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-top: 0.01cm;\" lang=\"pt-PT\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-left: 0.28cm; line-height: 103%;\" lang=\"pt-PT\">Em 1\u00ba (primeiro) de maio de 2020, os servidores do <strong>CRA-CE <\/strong>ter\u00e3o reajuste salarial na base de 7,5%(sete v\u00edrgula cinco por cento), correspondente ao ganho real, acrescidos do INPC\/IBGE acumulado no per\u00edodo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"pt-PT\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\" style=\"margin-top: 0.34cm;\" lang=\"pt-PT\">PAGAMENTO DE SAL\u00c1RIO \u2013 FORMAS E PRAZOS<\/h2>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-top: 0.01cm;\" lang=\"pt-PT\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\" lang=\"pt-PT\">CL\u00c1USULA QUINTA &#8211; PAGAMENTO DOS VENCIMENTOS:<\/h3>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"pt-PT\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-top: 0.01cm;\" lang=\"pt-PT\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-left: 0.28cm; line-height: 103%;\" lang=\"pt-PT\">O <strong>CRA-CE <\/strong>efetuar\u00e1 o pagamento do saldo de sal\u00e1rio at\u00e9 o dia 30 de cada m\u00eas. Caso n\u00e3o efetue o pagamento dos vencimentos em moeda corrente, dever\u00e1 proporcionar aos servidores tempo h\u00e1bil para o<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-left: 0.28cm; margin-right: 0.32cm; margin-top: 0.16cm; line-height: 103%; page-break-before: always;\" lang=\"pt-PT\">recebimento no banco ou posto banc\u00e1rio, dentro da jornada de trabalho, quando esta coincidir com o hor\u00e1rio banc\u00e1rio, excluindo-se os hor\u00e1rios de descanso e refei\u00e7\u00e3o, garantidas as condi\u00e7\u00f5es mais favor\u00e1veis j\u00e1 praticadas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"pt-PT\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"pt-PT\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\" style=\"margin-top: 0.32cm;\" lang=\"pt-PT\">CL\u00c1USULA SEXTA &#8211; COMPROVANTE DE PAGAMENTO:<\/h3>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"pt-PT\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-top: 0.01cm;\" lang=\"pt-PT\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-left: 0.28cm; margin-right: 0cm;\" lang=\"pt-PT\">13\u00ba SAL\u00c1RIO<\/h2>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-top: 0.01cm;\" lang=\"pt-PT\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\" lang=\"pt-PT\">CL\u00c1USULA S\u00c9TIMA &#8211; line-height: 103%;\" lang=\"pt-PT\">O <strong>CRA-CE <\/strong>pagar\u00e1 d\u00e9cimo terceiro sal\u00e1rio da seguinte forma, 50% (cinquenta por cento) por ocasi\u00e3o das f\u00e9rias do servidor ou at\u00e9 o dia 10 de junho e o restante at\u00e9 o dia 10 de dezembro do ano em curso.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"pt-PT\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\" style=\"margin-left: 0.09cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-top: 0.34cm;\" lang=\"pt-PT\"><span class=\"sd-abs-pos\" style=\"position: absolute; top: 0.83cm; left: 9.27cm; width: 110px;\"> <\/span>GRATIFICA\u00c7\u00c3O DE FUN\u00c7\u00c3O<\/h2>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-top: 0.01cm;\" lang=\"pt-PT\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\" lang=\"pt-PT\">CL\u00c1USULA OITAVA &#8211; GRATIFICA\u00c7\u00c3O POR SUBSTITUI\u00c7\u00c3O DE FUN\u00c7\u00c3O:<\/h3>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"pt-PT\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-top: 0.01cm;\" lang=\"pt-PT\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-left: 0.28cm; line-height: 103%;\" lang=\"pt-PT\">a) Em caso de substitui\u00e7\u00e3o de fun\u00e7\u00e3o, o servidor substituto perceber\u00e1 uma gratifica\u00e7\u00e3o no valor de 50% (cinquenta por cento) do sal\u00e1rio base do substitu\u00eddo, devendo haver entendimento anterior ao in\u00edcio das atividades entre o servidor substituto e a Diretoria do Conselho, ocasi\u00e3o em que ser\u00e3o minuciosamente estabelecidos os termos para a efetiva substitui\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"pt-PT\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"pt-PT\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"pt-PT\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-top: 0.01cm;\" lang=\"pt-PT\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\" lang=\"pt-PT\">CL\u00c1USULA NONA &#8211; GRATIFICA\u00c7\u00c3O POR ACUMULO DE FUN\u00c7\u00d5ES:<\/h3>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"pt-PT\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-top: 0.01cm;\" lang=\"pt-PT\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-left: 0.28cm; margin-right: 0.23cm; margin-top: 0cm; line-height: 103%;\" lang=\"pt-PT\">O servidor que acumular fun\u00e7\u00f5es por motivo de afastamento por no <span style=\"letter-spacing: -0.2pt;\">m\u00ednimo <\/span>de 7 (sete) dias efetivamente <span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.1pt;\">trabalhados <\/span>e consecutivos, ser\u00e1 <span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.1pt;\">garantido <\/span>ao substituto o pagamento de <span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.1pt;\">100% <\/span>(cem por cento) do  sal\u00e1rio <span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.1pt;\">bruto <\/span>do substitu\u00eddo a t\u00edtulo de gratifica\u00e7\u00e3o, <span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.1pt;\">observando-se <\/span>a proporcionalidade do tempo de acumulo de fun\u00e7\u00f5es que n\u00e3o <span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.1pt;\">poder\u00e1 <\/span>exceder a 6 (seis) meses consecutivos, <span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.1pt;\">devendo <\/span>haver entendimento anterior ao in\u00edcio das atividades <span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.1pt;\">entre <\/span>o servidor que ir\u00e1 acumular fun\u00e7\u00f5es e a Diretoria do Conselho, ocasi\u00e3o em que <span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.1pt;\">ser\u00e3o <\/span>minuciosamente estabelecidos os termos <span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.1pt;\">para <\/span>a efetiva<span style=\"letter-spacing: -0.1pt;\"> <\/span>acumula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"pt-PT\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\" style=\"margin-top: 0.35cm;\" lang=\"pt-PT\">OUTRAS GRATIFICA\u00c7\u00d5ES<\/h2>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-top: 0.01cm;\" lang=\"pt-PT\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\" lang=\"pt-PT\">CL\u00c1USULA D\u00c9CIMA &#8211; GRATIFICA\u00c7\u00c3O POR T\u00cdTULOS:<\/h3>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"pt-PT\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-top: 0.01cm;\" lang=\"pt-PT\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-left: 0.28cm; line-height: 103%;\" lang=\"pt-PT\">Fica concedida ao servidor gratifica\u00e7\u00e3o por T\u00edtulos expedidos por Universidades ou Faculdades, devidamente reconhecidas pelo MEC, que tenham correla\u00e7\u00e3o com as atividades desempenhadas no respectivo Conselho\/Ordem, nos seguintes termos: Gradua\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 20%; Especializa\u00e7\u00e3o &#8211; 30%; Mestrado \u2013 40%; Doutorado \u2013 50%. <strong>a) <\/strong>A referida gratifica\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 devida aos ocupantes de cargos e fun\u00e7\u00f5es que tenham correla\u00e7\u00e3o com o curso e a atividade desempenhada pelo servidor; <strong>b) <\/strong>As gratifica\u00e7\u00f5es previstas nesta Cl\u00e1usula ser\u00e3o devidas de forma individualizada, e sobre o sal\u00e1rio percebido do servidor, sendo defeso o pagamento de mais de uma gratifica\u00e7\u00e3o por titula\u00e7\u00e3o ao mesmo tempo; O servidor que optar por n\u00e3o aderir ao plano de sa\u00fade, ofertado pelo empregador, far\u00e1 jus ao recebimento do menor valor individual vigente, pago pelo <strong>CRA-CE<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-left: 0.28cm;
