Vera L\u00facia Teles Fran\u00e7a, inscrita no CPF N\u00ba 150.437.973-04 e o <strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">(nome do Conselho\/Ordem),<\/strong> (lei, CNPJ), (endere\u00e7o completo, inclusive e-mail), neste ato representado por seu <strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">Presidente <\/strong>(qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o completa, inclusive CPF), doravante denominado (sigla do conselho\/ordem), resolvem firmar o presente <strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">ACORDO COLETIVO DE TRABALHO<\/strong>, nos termos e mediante as cl\u00e1usulas e condi\u00e7\u00f5es adiante enumeradas:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: 0cm;\"><strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\"> <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: 0cm;\"><strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\">CL\u00c1USULA PRIMEIRA &#8211; DATA &#8211; BASE: <\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\">O <strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">SINDSCOCE<\/strong>, representante dos respectivos servidores, fixa o prazo do presente <strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">ACORDO COLETIVO DE TRABALHO<\/strong> com in\u00edcio em 1\u00ba (primeiro) de Maio de 2020 e t\u00e9rmino em 30 de abril de 2021, respeitando-se a unifica\u00e7\u00e3o da data Base dos servidores, que \u00e9 de 1\u00ba (primeiro) de Maio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: 0cm;\"><strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\">CL\u00c1USULA SEGUNDA &#8211; <span style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;\">REPOSI\u00c7\u00c3O DAS PERDAS SALARIAIS: <\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\">Em 1\u00ba (primeiro) de Maio de 2020, os funcion\u00e1rios ter\u00e3o reajuste salarial na base de <strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">8% (oito por cento)<\/strong>, a t\u00edtulo de ganho real, <strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">acrescidos de<\/strong> <strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">100%(cem por cento) do INPC\/IBGE<\/strong> acumulado no per\u00edodo. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: 0cm;\"><strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\">CL\u00c1USULA TERCEIRA &#8211; SAL\u00c1RIO BASE: <\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\">Fica estabelecido que o menor sal\u00e1rio da categoria, n\u00e3o poder\u00e1 ser inferior ao equivalente <strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">a R$ 1.650,00 (hum mil e quinhentos reais)<\/strong>, valendo a partir de 1\u00ba de maio de 2020, quando ser\u00e1 reajustado na forma da cl\u00e1usula segunda desse Acordo Coletivo de Trabalho.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: 0cm;\"><strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\">CL\u00c1USULA QUARTA \u2013 PAGAMENTO DOS VENCIMENTOS: <\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\">O Conselho efetuar\u00e1 o pagamento do saldo de sal\u00e1rio at\u00e9 o dia 25 de cada m\u00eas. Caso n\u00e3o efetue o pagamento dos vencimentos em moeda corrente, dever\u00e1 proporcionar aos servidores tempo h\u00e1bil para o recebimento no banco ou posto banc\u00e1rio, dentro da jornada de trabalho, quando esta coincidir com o hor\u00e1rio banc\u00e1rio, excluindo-se os hor\u00e1rios de descanso e refei\u00e7\u00e3o, garantidas as condi\u00e7\u00f5es mais favor\u00e1veis j\u00e1 praticadas. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: 0cm;\"><strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\">CL\u00c1USULA QUINTA &#8211; COMPROVANTE DE PAGAMENTO: <\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\">O Conselho fornecer\u00e1 aos seus servidores comprovantes de pagamentos de sal\u00e1rio, formalmente preenchidos discriminando fun\u00e7\u00e3o\/cargo, o valor do sal\u00e1rio percebido e seus respectivos descontos. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: 0cm;\"><strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\">CL\u00c1USULA SEXTA &#8211; HORAS EXTRAORDIN\u00c1RIAS: <\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\">Somente ocorrer\u00e1 a execu\u00e7\u00e3o de horas extras, mediante solicita\u00e7\u00e3o antecipada e formal da Diretoria, ficando garantido o percentual de 60% (sessenta por cento) sobre o valor da hora normal para o pagamento das horas extras trabalhadas, de segunda \u00e0 sexta-feira, efetivamente ap\u00f3s a jornada estabelecida neste acordo coletivo, n\u00e3o podendo exceder as 2 (duas) horas suplementares \u00e0 dura\u00e7\u00e3o normal de trabalho e o percentual de 100% (cem por cento), sobre o valor, da hora normal para o pagamento das horas extras trabalhadas durante os finais de semana e feriados, devendo ainda a m\u00e9dia dessas horas extras ser consideradas para c\u00e1lculos de f\u00e9rias, d\u00e9cimo terceiro sal\u00e1rio e adicionais.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: 0cm;\"><strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\">CL\u00c1USULA S\u00c9TIMA &#8211; PAGAMENTO DO 13\u00b0 SAL\u00c1RIO: <\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\">O <strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">Conselho<\/strong> pagar\u00e1 d\u00e9cimo terceiro sal\u00e1rio da seguinte forma, 50% (cinquenta por cento) por ocasi\u00e3o das f\u00e9rias do servidor ou at\u00e9 o dia 10 de junho e o restante at\u00e9 o dia 10 de dezembro do ano em curso. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: 0cm;\"><strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\">CL\u00c1SULA OITAVA \u2013 GRATIFICA\u00c7\u00c3O POR ACUMULO E\/OU SUBSTITUI\u00c7\u00c3O DE FUN\u00c7\u00d5ES:<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\"> O servidor que acumular\/substituir fun\u00e7\u00f5es por motivo de afastamento por f\u00e9rias, licen\u00e7a m\u00e9dica, licen\u00e7a sem remunera\u00e7\u00e3o ou licen\u00e7a maternidade\/paternidade de outro servidor, ser\u00e1 garantido ao substituto o pagamento de 50% (cinquenta por cento) do sal\u00e1rio bruto do substitu\u00eddo a t\u00edtulo de gratifica\u00e7\u00e3o, observando-se a proporcionalidade do tempo de ac\u00famulo de fun\u00e7\u00f5es que n\u00e3o poder\u00e1 exercer a 06 (seis) meses consecutivos, devendo haver entendimento anterior ao in\u00edcio das atividades entre o servidor que ir\u00e1 acumular fun\u00e7\u00f5es e a Diretoria do Conselho, ocasi\u00e3o em que ser\u00e3o minuciosamente estabelecidos os termos para a efetiva acumula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: 0cm;\"><strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\">CL\u00c1USULA NONA \u2013 GRATIFICA\u00c7\u00c3O POR T\u00cdTULOS: <\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\">Fica concedida ao servidor gratifica\u00e7\u00e3o por T\u00edtulos expedidos por Universidades ou Faculdades, devidamente reconhecidas pelo MEC, que tenham correla\u00e7\u00e3o com as atividades desempenhadas no respectivo Conselho\/Ordem, nos seguintes termos: Gradua\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 10%; Especializa\u00e7\u00e3o &#8211; 15%; Mestrado \u2013 20%; Doutorado \u2013 30%. <strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">a)<\/strong> Com exce\u00e7\u00e3o da gradua\u00e7\u00e3o, a referida gratifica\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 devida aos ocupantes de cargos e fun\u00e7\u00f5es que tenham correla\u00e7\u00e3o com o curso e a atividade desempenhada pelo servidor; <strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">b)<\/strong> As gratifica\u00e7\u00f5es previstas nesta Cl\u00e1usula ser\u00e3o devidas de forma individualizada, e sobre o sal\u00e1rio percebido do servidor, considerando o \u00edndice da \u00faltima titula\u00e7\u00e3o; <strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">c)<\/strong> A concess\u00e3o da gratifica\u00e7\u00e3o por titula\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 remetida ao Plano de Cargos e Sal\u00e1rios quando o mesmo for implantado; <strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">d)<\/strong> Somente servidores efetivos t\u00eam direito ao disposto nesta Cl\u00e1usula. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: 0cm;\"><strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\">CL\u00c1USULA D\u00c9CIMA &#8211; AUX\u00cdLIO EDUCA\u00c7\u00c3O: <\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\">O <strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">Conselho\/Ordem<\/strong> pagar\u00e1 como aux\u00edlio educa\u00e7\u00e3o, duas parcelas anuais de igual valor, totalizando o valor de 1(um) sal\u00e1rio base da Categoria, cada uma, vigente \u00e0 \u00e9poca da concess\u00e3o, at\u00e9\u201a o \u00faltimo dia \u00fatil dos meses de julho e janeiro, por cada filho em idade at\u00e9 18 (dezoito) anos, que comprovadamente esteja matriculado em estabelecimento de ensino.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: 0cm;\"><strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\">CL\u00c1USULA D\u00c9CIMA PRIMEIRA &#8211; INCENTIVO AOS SERVIDORES<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\">: O <strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">Conselho\/Ordem<\/strong> pagar\u00e1 mensalmente, verba para custeio das despesas do servidor estudante universit\u00e1rio, no valor de 100% (cem por cento) do valor do curso universit\u00e1rio, devendo ser comprovada a frequ\u00eancia mensal do servidor ao Conselho\/Ordem. a) O referido beneficio cessar\u00e1 quando for finalizado o per\u00edodo para conclus\u00e3o do curso, de acordo com a grade curricular da institui\u00e7\u00e3o onde o servidor estiver matriculado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: 0cm;\"><strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\">CL\u00c1USULA D\u00c9CIMA SEGUNDA &#8211; DAS HORAS EXTRAS DO ESTUDANTE: <\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\">O servidor estudante, matriculado em curso regular e previsto em Lei, n\u00e3o poder\u00e1 prestar servi\u00e7o extraordin\u00e1rio no hor\u00e1rio que coincida com seu hor\u00e1rio de aulas, durante o per\u00edodo letivo. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: 0cm;\"><strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\">CL\u00c1USULA D\u00c9CIMA TERCEIRA &#8211; F\u00c9RIAS DO SERVIDOR ESTUDANTE: <\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\">O <strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">Conselho\/Ordem<\/strong> dever\u00e1 conceder f\u00e9rias a seus servidores estudantes em per\u00edodo que coincida com per\u00edodo de f\u00e9rias escolares, desde que tal benef\u00edcio seja solicitado, por escrito, pelo servidor num prazo m\u00ednimo de 60 (sessenta) dias. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: 0cm;\"><strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\">CL\u00c1USULA D\u00c9CIMA QUARTA &#8211; VALE ALIMENTA\u00c7\u00c3O: <\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\">O <strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">Conselho\/Ordem<\/strong> fornecer\u00e1 aos servidores, vale alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o com valor nominal de <strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">R$ 1.250,00 (hum mil, duzentos e cinquenta reais)<\/strong>, ficando aos funcion\u00e1rios, assegurado o direito de opinar e\/ou rejeitar, por maioria de votos, quanto \u00e0 constitui\u00e7\u00e3o ou manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da administradora conveniada, sempre que estiverem aqu\u00e9m de suas necessidades, sendo resguardadas as condi\u00e7\u00f5es mais favor\u00e1veis j\u00e1 praticadas, devendo ainda, ao servidor por licen\u00e7a maternidade, doen\u00e7a e f\u00e9rias ser mantido o direito da manuten\u00e7\u00e3o do benef\u00edcio nestes per\u00edodos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-indent: 0cm;\"><strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;\">CL\u00c1USULA D\u00c9CIMA QUINTA &#8211;
