Na quinta-feira, 12\/04, e<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">stiveram presentes no STF, novamente, o presidente da Fenasera, Jos\u00e9 Walter Alves J\u00fanior, o conselheiro fiscal da Fenasera, Cl\u00e1udio Rabelo (DF), o advogado da Federa\u00e7\u00e3o, Dr. Jos\u00e9 J\u00falio Queiroz, o secret\u00e1rio Geral da Fenasera, Jos\u00e9 Roberto Lins Cavalcanti, a secretaria regional Sul\/Sudeste, Ivana Lozer Machado e o presidente do Sinsercon (BA) Geraldo Garrido para acompanhar o julgamento da ADIN 2135, que trata da emenda 19 e do regime dos servidores de forma reflexa, ou seja, a quest\u00e3o dos celetistas no servi\u00e7o p\u00fablico. Lembrando que essa emenda foi a que impediu nosso enquadramento no julgamento da ADIN 1717 do STF e declara dizer que nosso regime era o da Lei 8.112. Mas o julgamento, mais uma vez, foi exclu\u00eddo do calend\u00e1rio de julgamento pelo presidente da sess\u00e3o do STF.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"> Encerrada a sess\u00e3o do STF, a Fenasera foi at\u00e9 o gabinete da presidente do Supremo, Carmem Lucia, para cobrar uma resposta ao nosso pedido de \u201camicus c\u00fariae\u201d e nos foi solicitado fazer novo requerimento, o que foi feito na hora, e tamb\u00e9m a nova data de julgamento.
