Especializa\u00e7\u00e3o &#8211; 50%; Mestrado \u2013 70%; Doutorado \u2013 100%. <strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">a)<\/strong> A referida gratifica\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 devida aos ocupantes de cargos e fun\u00e7\u00f5es que tenham correla\u00e7\u00e3o com o curso e a atividade desempenhada pelo servidor; <strong style=\"mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;\">b)<\/strong> As gratifica\u00e7\u00f5es previstas nesta Cl\u00e1usula ser\u00e3o devidas de forma individualizada, e sobre o sal\u00e1rio percebido do servidor, sendo defeso o pagamento de mais de uma gratifica\u00e7\u00e3o por titula\u00e7\u00e3o ao mesmo tempo;
