O evento foi iniciativa do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Trabalho (MPU), CONALIS, UFC e GRUPE; e foi presidido pelo procurador geral do MPT e professor, Francisco G\u00e9rson Marques Lima, com o apoio e presen\u00e7a de diversas entidades nacionais (FCSEC, TRT da 7\u00aa e 22\u00aa Regi\u00e3o, MTE, AMATRA, ANPT etc)e internacionais (Espanha, EUA). Dados finais no congresso estimaram em mais de 1.000 pessoas,dentre dirigentes sindicais, procuradores, promotores, auditores, advogados, alunos, interessados ao tema.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Foram intensas as palestras, experi\u00eancias, debates e temas que acaloraram o encontro acercaSindicalismo, Trabalho e Crise Econ\u00f4mica; muitas manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es foram notadas em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao trabalho digno, os PCCS, contra a PEC 37 (que restringe o poder investigat\u00f3rio somente \u00e0s pol\u00edcias Federal e Civil), den\u00fancias etc. As quest\u00f5es mais gritantes foram, muitos desrespeitos aos trabalhadores pelo governo brasileiro acerca da OIT; as quest\u00f5es pol\u00edticas e burocr\u00e1ticas que dificultam tanto os sindicatos como os trabalhadores; as crises econ\u00f4micas na Europa e nos EUA pagas com o er\u00e1rio p\u00fablico, ou melhor, com o dinheiro do contribuinte trabalhador; entre outros aspectos importantes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ainda, contamos com a importante presen\u00e7a os dirigentes sindicais Ivana Lozer e Guilherme Vello, ambos diretores do SINDICOES (ES) e FENASERA, que vieram exclusivamente participar do Congresso e trocar experi\u00eancias referente aos ACT, PCCS, den\u00fancias e outros assuntos pertinentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\"
